The National Electricity Sector Regulatory Authority of Cote d'Ivoire (ANARE-CI) is the regulator of the electricity sector in Cote d'Ivoire. Its website publishes the institutional framework, legislative texts and regulatory decisions of the sector, covering generation, transmission, distribution and consumer relations. In the field of agricultural water use and irrigation, solar-powered pumping is an increasingly adopted abstraction method for agricultural plots, substituting for diesel pump sets where grid access is insufficient.
This request for quotation is issued by the UNDP Cote d'Ivoire Country Office for the construction of a solar-powered borehole at the Ponvogo agricultural plot and its connection to the irrigation facilities of the plot. The notice states that the works period is 45 days from notification of the service order to provisional acceptance, and that quotations must be submitted online through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal.
